6 Measurements Logging

6.1 Open or Close the Measurements Logging Window

6.1.1 Open the Measurements Logging Window

Following two methods are available.

 In the [Basic Controller] Menu Bar, select [Tool] - [Logging].

 Click [Logging] icon (
